Foresyn Privacy Policy

Who we are

Foresyn (“we”, “our”) is an execution platform for human-AI teams. We help business operators draft, review, and send replies to customer inquiries across channels such as Instagram Direct Messaging.

What we collect

When you connect an Instagram business account to Foresyn, we receive and store:

• Your Instagram profile identifier and username.
• Direct messages sent to or from the business account, including sender handle, message text, attachments, and timestamps.
• Internal operational metadata (drafts, reviewer decisions, latency) used to surface workflow analytics to the business.
• Website analytics and demo-request information, including page visits, referral parameters, session replay metadata, button interactions, and any email address you submit when requesting a workflow audit.

We do not collect financial data, location data, or precise device identifiers.

How we use it

• Display inbound messages to the connected business’s operators for review.
• Generate AI-assisted reply drafts that a human operator approves, edits, or rejects before sending.
• Send approved replies back to Instagram on behalf of the business.
• Produce aggregated workflow analytics (response-time SLA, reviewer throughput, funnel stage) for the connected business.
• Understand which website traffic converts, follow up on demo or workflow-audit requests, and improve the public website.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use message content for advertising, profiling outside the business’s own workflow, or training third-party models.

Who we share it with

• Operators of the business account that authorized the integration — they see the inbound messages they need to review.
• Subprocessors: Supabase (managed Postgres + storage), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic and Google (AI inference for draft generation), PostHog (website and product analytics), Google Calendar (meeting scheduling), and Browserbase (optional headless-browser send path).
• Law enforcement only when legally compelled by a binding order in a jurisdiction we operate in.

Retention

Message and workflow data is retained for as long as the connected business keeps their integration active. When an account is deauthorized or deleted, we remove the associated data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@foresyn.ai. Deletion procedures for Instagram business accounts are described in our Data Deletion page, which Meta App Review links to separately.
