Foresyn Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Foresyn Inc. (“Foresyn”, “we”) operates an execution platform for human-AI teams at www.foresyn.ai. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Foresyn application, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).

2. Accounts

You must be authorized to bind the business you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials (passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens) secure. Notify us at security@foresyn.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What Foresyn does

Foresyn helps business operators draft, review, and send replies to customer inquiries across channels (including Instagram Direct Messaging). We generate AI-assisted draft responses that a human operator approves, edits, or rejects before anything is sent on your behalf.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the messages, customer data, and other content you connect to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Foresyn a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use Customer Data to train third-party models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or business without authorization.
• Circumvent platform policies of connected services (e.g. Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines).
• Reverse engineer, resell, or re-host the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party account (Instagram, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.), your use of that service is also governed by that provider’s terms. Foresyn acts as a tool that operates on that account with the permissions you grant. Revoking those permissions from the provider side will stop Foresyn from accessing the account.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed on the cadence and at the rates stated at time of subscription. Usage-based fees (e.g. AI inference) are billed against the plan’s included quota. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@foresyn.ai. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or if required by law. On termination, we delete associated data per the Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Foresyn does not guarantee that AI-generated drafts are accurate, appropriate, or error-free. A human operator is expected to review and approve outbound messages before they are sent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresyn’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Foresyn in the twelve months preceding the claim. Foresyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify active accounts by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
